Roberts 7399 Universal Plus Flooring Adhesive is an Ultimate-grade, high solids formulation with a tremendous bond and excellent moisture and plasticizer migration resistance. 7399 is approved for several flooring types, backings and substrates, making it a versatile solution to keep on hand. This adhesive may be applied as a permanent or as a true, pressure sensitive adhesive. The pressure sensitive application offers an extended open time, depending on the flooring type.
- All solid vinyl-backed carpet, carpet tiles and sheet goods; recycled rubber and underlayment
